Windows in Bloomington, IN

I’ve known the owner for years and recently had his company come out to look at a few roofing and siding concerns at my house. From start to finish, they were easy to work with, took the time to explain what they found, and answered all of my questions. They also addressed an issue above my garage and were thoughtful and creative in coming up with a permanent solution. Urban Shield went above and beyond! What I appreciated most was that they took the time to do the repair properly rather than just putting a quick fix on the problem. The communication was straightforward, the workmanship was careful, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to get it right immediately. Overall, the service was exceptional, and I would feel comfortable recommending Urban Shield to someone looking for a roofing company that takes pride in its work!

Matt and his crew are awesome, showed up on time and ready to work. Got the job completed in a minimal amount of time ,everything looks great. I would recommend Urban shield roofing io anybody

This guy is Amazing, Very polite, personable, very knowledgeable, and does Amazing work! My roof was done in 1 day. No mess when I got home. He went above and beyond! Very happy with the results.

Matt got his guys over to my property quick and did a great job fixing some flashing issues…highly recommend!

Communication was excellent, service was fantastic and the job was completed promptly. Matthew went above and beyond.

From the first request for information until the final inspection, Matt was technically knowledgeable and responsive to our specific questions. His work crew was efficient and left our property cleaned up everyday. Arrival and departure of the workers was on time and everyone was friendly and polite even at end long days. The quoted price was competitive and there were no additional charges to the original contract for removal of asphalt shingles and installation of metal roofing on a large house withi multiple wings and covered porches We recommend this contractor without hesitation.

Matt was fantastic. He swung by the very next day to give us an estimate and was able to fix the issue really quickly while he was there. Very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

After a recent windstorm, I noticed missing and lifted shingles but didn’t have a roofer to call. Matt from Urban Shield was the first to respond and quickly scheduled a Saturday visit that worked for me. He was professional, thorough, and honest, reassuring me there was no immediate need for full replacement, but identifying and fixing a leak around a vent pipe. Instead of pushing a new roof, he focused on the right repair to extend the life of what I have. Urban Shield did exactly what they promised, when they promised. That kind of reliability is why I’ll absolutely work with Matt again when it’s time for a full replacement.

The provided crew were prompt, efficient and did a wonderful job! I would recommend Urban Shield Roofing for any work that you may need on your home. They are excellent and cost efficient.
