I’ve known the owner for years and recently had his company come out to look at a few roofing and siding concerns at my house. From start to finish, they were easy to work with, took the time to explain what they found, and answered all of my questions. They also addressed an issue above my garage and were thoughtful and creative in coming up with a permanent solution. Urban Shield went above and beyond! What I appreciated most was that they took the time to do the repair properly rather than just putting a quick fix on the problem. The communication was straightforward, the workmanship was careful, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to get it right immediately. After a recent windstorm, I noticed missing and lifted shingles but didn’t have a roofer to call. Matt from Urban Shield was the first to respond and quickly scheduled a Saturday visit that worked for me. He was professional, thorough, and honest, reassuring me there was no immediate need for full replacement, but identifying and fixing a leak around a vent pipe. Instead of pushing a new roof, he focused on the right repair to extend the life of what I have. Urban Shield did exactly what they promised, when they promised. That kind of reliability is why I’ll absolutely work with Matt again when it’s time for a full replacement.
